Best restaurant in the Susquehanna valley. A unique menu, heaping portions, a coffee menu, and more. Can't go wrong with Grams. Should be a local institution for decades to come

We wanted to stop by here yesterday but couldn't catch their open hours. Today, we were able to stop by for lunch. Walking in, there are tables to the right of the restaurant. Our server was very polite and gave us great recommendations. I got the battered shrimp with spicy kani rice bowl which came in at $15 and the presentation was gorgeous with each of the components beautifully laid out. I like the fact that there are salad included in as well and the rice tasted perfect and not overcooked at all. The baja shrimps were lightly battered and fried to perfection. I seen some photos of this dish on Yelp and I see how much spicy mayo is dressed over the dish so I did in advance ask for the mayo to be on the side, which was a smart idea. My wife got the Korean chicken rice bowl and she did enjoy it. Just note that for that dish, the chicken is not fried. My son got the mushroom swiss burger which he loved every bite of it. Two grand meat patties with oozing swiss cheese. He opted for the sweet potato for about $2 upcharge. All in all, great food and decent price and it's really a neighborhood gem. Lastly, there are street meter parking out in the front.

Oh yeah! They served me and my dog a nice double espresso outside back in January. You can order off the menu, which is just fun. Lewisburg is lucky to have it.

"Comfort food with an attitude", is the saying of this adorable corner front restaurant & is the place for all of your all day breakfast, lunch, & dinner needs! The staff is very welcoming & hospitable & the atmosphere is welcoming & cozy. Their menu has everything from Oreo pancakes to Asian Shrimp Tacos & everything in between! I ordered a Caramel Latte & their Western Omelet. My mom ordered Black & Blue Salad complete with grilled steak & blue cheese. My sister ordered the Crispy Chicken Salad complete with bacon, cheddar cheese, & ranch. (shown in pictures) Everyone enjoyed their meals & not a single plate wasn't polished off. So if you're in the mood for some great food & comfy atmosphere, look no further! Trust me, you won't leave here hungry or disappointed! Cheers!

Great menu options. The chicken and biscuits with sausage gravy was outstanding. Very rich and flavorful. The avocado toast was OK. It came with two over easy eggs which were barely warm, and the avocado was cold as was the toast. I personally did not like the sauce, but I'm glad I tried it. The Nutella crêpes were very good, but cold. I was expecting them to at least be a little warmer. Overall, we were happy with the food. Prices were reasonable and the service was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back to try some of their other unique menu items!

Great staff, reasonably priced & tasty food with a lot of variety. We enjoy sitting on the front porch enjoying the fresh made food. You won't go away hungry!

Such a quaint cafe in a quaint town. Great staff and they had gluten free bread for my sandwich. It was delicious and the smoothie was awesome. The mocha coffee was not what I expected. My husband loved his avocado toast so much. Service was great and attentive. Parking is all metered and they are strict so put the money in.

I didn't have to ask specially for extra eggs, it's normal! Added a side of bacon since I don't eat bread or potatoes. Coffee and the seating outside were added value!

Grams is a cafe type of place with elevated food. I've been here twice for lunch, one for dine-in and the other, takeout. Their bowls were such a steal for the price you pay because you basically get two meals from one :) I also loved the steak and cheese sandwich that had the just right ratio of filling to bread and diagonal cut (traingle tastes better!). Overall the menu items are reasonably priced. When I ordered the takeout, I waited inside and it was rather quick even it was a busy time at noon on Sunday. Can't wait to try other stuff next time!!
